Nottingham Forest Set To Offload Striker 5 Months After £20M

English Premier League club Nottingham Forest is prepared to offload Nigerian international Emmanuel Dennis who joined last summer. The Super Eagles forward joined the Premier League returnees for an agreed fee of about £20million.

Emmanuel Dennis was impressive for Watford during the 2021/2022 season netting 10 goals and also creating six assists, but it could not help the club which eventually got relegated.

His move to Forest has not been of much impact as he only managed to start three games so far this season, scoring just one goal.

Complete Sports reports that the club manager Steve Cooper is prepared to bolster his squad in January, but they must first offload some players. It was gathered that Dennis is one of the players they are looking to allow to leave before the end of the winter transfer window. The Nigerian will then have an option of moving abroad, but if he wants to remain in England, he would only be eligible to return to Watford.
